Who is Calla ?

Hi, I’m Calla founder of Calla Coaching and Counselling.
I’m a mother, a life coach, and a counsellor in training but more than that, I’m someone who truly understands what it feels like to hold everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside.

My work is rooted in real life. In motherhood. In rebuilding. In navigating chaos and still choosing growth.

I support women and parents and people who feel stretched, overstimulated, lost in responsibility, or unsure of who they are anymore. Together, we work on rebuilding confidence, strengthening boundaries, regulating emotions, and creating clarity without losing who you are in the process.
My approach is calm, compassionate and steady. I don’t believe in “fixing” you — because you’re not broken. I believe in helping you feel safe enough to understand yourself, strong enough to set boundaries, and steady enough to move forward.
Whether you’re navigating motherhood, relationship challenges, identity shifts, or simply feeling stuck you don’t have to carry it alone.

My mission is to create a safe, supportive space where people feel seen, heard and understood. I want to help you make sense of what you’re feeling, find clarity in the chaos and gently reconnect with yourself. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I’m especially passionate about supporting mums. Motherhood can be beautiful, but it can also feel isolating, exhausting and confusing. So many mums silently question whether what they’re feeling is “normal.” I want to be part of that journey offering reassurance, guidance and a space where you can speak openly without judgment. You deserve to feel supported, understood and empowered in your parenthood journey.

who I work with ?
Ever since I was about 14 years old, I’ve known I wanted to go into coaching and counselling. For the last ten years, that feeling hasn’t changed it’s only grown stronger.
I truly believe this is my life’s calling.
I’ve always had a deep desire to help people. To be there. To listen. To hold space. To remind someone that they are not alone in what they’re going through. Because so often, when we’re struggling, the hardest part isn’t the situation itself it’s the feeling of carrying it by ourselves.
I don’t believe coaching, counselling, or therapy should be a luxury. I believe it’s a necessity. Support shouldn’t be something reserved for a certain type of person or a certain income bracket. We all go through seasons that feel heavy, confusing, or overwhelming. And we all deserve support during those moments.
Life is a beautiful journey but that doesn’t mean it’s always easy. There will be trials and tribulations. There will be moments that feel like endings. But often, they are not endings at all. They are temporary feelings, temporary chapters, that we can learn to navigate together.
My role isn’t to “fix” you — because you are not broken. My role is to walk alongside you. To help you untangle what feels overwhelming. To help you see light where it currently feels dark. To support you in creating a life that feels more grounded, more aligned, and more yours.
